I thought Jouni would reply to this. He'd be able to answer it the best. Check
out both Coste and Mertz for 10-string and 7-string, respectively. You might
need to weed through their works, since they also composed for 6-string. Also,
there is a collection of Bach Lute Works transcribed to 10-string, although with
that I'd recommend using a more modern transcription and just play the original
basses lower. Many editions have 8s under the basses that were originally an
octave lower.
