Hey,
Thanks for recording the gig!
I checked Dimeadozen, but i have to make an account before I am able
to download the gig and the problem is: they don't let people
register at the moment. Is there maybe a different way to get access
to this download?
Cheers!
Lon

I recorded the show and will upload that (today?) on www.dimeadozen.org. The remarkable thing is my recording came out well and sounds a lot better than what I heard last night, more as I think it was intended. I still have to listen to the recording, but no surprises regarding the setlist, more or less as the Munich show.
Fred, can I use a few pics for the covers I intend to make (I will credit you).

Just back from a great gig. Full house and a loud playing Woven Hand.
Have taken a lot of pictures so hope to upload them this weekend with
my review.

at most small/medium sized venues (and all the 16hp/wh gigs i have been to) they ask you out of courtesy to the musicians not to use flash which is understandable. hope you enjoy the gig. can't wait for the new album -g

I don't think it will sell out. I get the newsletter from "Het Paard"
and they still make advertisements for the show.
Anyway....got my ticket and can't wait till it's friday the 1st.
Fred
ps....has anyone a idea what the policy is with takn pictures? I don't
go that often to concerts but know that some artist don't like it when
people take flash pictures :-)

I couldn't agree more. I've heard a few new songs live a few months
ago; those and the ones at MySpace make me very exited.
Initially there was a big change I'd be out of the country on 1st
August, when WH would play in The Hague, Netherlands, so I didn't buy
tickets, but I can make it and the first thing I did when I came back
was buy tickets (luckily for me the show wasn't sold out yet).
I'll record the show and I know somebody else plans to do the same.

Hey People!
Especially Ordy's amazing drumming in "Kicking Bird" is simply AWESOME!!!!
Did anyone happen to download the SoundsFamilyre Christmas album last year that would be willing to make a copy available to me? Either digital, or can pay to have a physical copy sent.
"Horse Tail" typically Woven Hand sounding and "Kicking Bird" is kicking ass!!!!! I'm really glad to hear Ordy's wonderful drumming in THAT way!!!! Can't wait to hear the whole album - I'm sure, it will be a killer!!!

Thanks! ... and the first thing you hear is Kicking Bird, which sounds more like 16HP than Woven Hand ... I like it!!! Wonder if they might be rocking it out a bit more on the entire cd ...
Soundsfamilyre has this on their front page:
We are very proud to announce that Woven Hand's much anticipated TEN STONES will be released in September 9, 2008.
Take a jaunt over to our blog to see the TEN STONES album cover, and to HEAR the new single 'Kicking Bird'.
The fourth full-length release under the moniker Woven Hand, TEN STONES is produced by Edwards and Daniel Smith (Danielson), engineered by Smith and Emil Nikolaisen (Serena Maneesh), and features the formidable talents of Peter Van Laerhoven (guitar), former 16 Horsepower bandmate Pascal Humbert (bass), Garrison (drums), Nikolaisen (guitar), and Danielson’s Elin K. Smith (vocals).
We're also pleased to announce that Wovenhand will be doing a U.S. tour very soon. Check back soon for details... http://www.soundsfamilyre.com/
