i notice 3MP's official site is no more. That sucks, www.pilot.com
was one of the first official band sites ever on the internet (if i
remember hearing correctly).
I don't suppose anyone had the foresight to create a mirror? Sure, it
wasn't the best website, and to my knowledge it hadn't been updated
since circa Another Sea, but still, it was kinda cool. Some neat
pictures. And that background music that played on the homepage.

hey as long as i'm writing, i'll tell you about sunday night. the san
diego fires were creeping just a couple miles from my place, so after
packing up some of my best shit, I evacuated to my aunt's place in a
safer part of the county. anyways, the 3MP relation is that I popped
in a 3mp mix cdr that i had just made the day before. It kicked off
with "one step ladder", which was a great track to listen to while
leaving your home not sure you'll ever return. i would post the full
tracklist, but i didn't write it down. it came out pretty good. No
Another Sea tracks though, that album is perfect as it is and i
couldn't bare to break it up any.
Oh well anyways, the fire didn't hit my place so i'm home safe now. I
think it was on "The Open Sided" when I left for home, which is a
good thank-god-i'm-going-home-and-it's-probably-still-there song.
