I have received the program for next season for Opera National du Rhin,
which perform in Strasbourg, Colmar and Mulhouse.April 30 and during May
they will do Le couronnement de Poppée, which is of course L'incoronazione
di Poppea. It's a production by David McVicar, conducted by Rinaldo
Alessandrini. It's a coproduction with Theatre dde Cchamps-Elysees,
Staatsoper unter den Linden and La Monnaie.

At least at Opera National du Rhin Miah Persson will sing Poppea, with her
husband Jeremy Ovenden as Nero.

I'm very tempted to see this.

Miah Persson will sing Fortuna and Drusilla in L'incoronazione di Poppea at
Palais Garnier in Paris in January and February. That is a production by
David Alden, with Ivor Bolton conducting. Tempting too.
