Lobby908:
Thanks for the hope of another rerun. It was frustrating to get only
10 minutes' notice of 3+ hours of interesting BBC4 programming when I
only had room for sixty minutes' worth of raw broadcast mpeg2 to
spare on my hard drive. I had to pick and choose.
For my own newbie contribution, I've uploaded:

= per pietà with preceding recitative
YouTube video compression is rather severe, but hopefully these
snippets will be of some interest to folks outside BBC TV range. if
one extra DVD is purchased when it eventually hits the retail market,
my amateur fiddling about with digital video files will be well
rewarded.

While waiting for the files to upload, I had ample time to read all
preceding posts. Thank you for persevering through the dark days.
Your query about what a torrent is seemed to be left unanswered
publicly - has it been answered privately? The rapidshare concept
seems straightforward, but I dislike the distribution model and pay
for precedence approach.
