Thabnks for this, Colin; I too watched the broadcast performance in a Cinema on Monday and I have a ticket for next Mondays' performance, which I'm really looking forward to as it is an excellent all round cast. I share your views about her performance and reception on Monday. As you obviously can get to London OK, you may be interested to know that here are still a handful of tickets left for her Recital at The Wigmore Hall on Tuesday December 9th.

Hello. I have been fortunate enough to see Miah in performance twice recently.
The first occasion was at a cinema which was broadcasting the opening night of the Royal
Opera House season. This was a performance of Don Giovanni , featuring Miah playing
Zerlina.
The cinema screen allowed each nuance of Miah's charming characterisation of Zerlina to be
shown.A touching moment was when the cinema audience broke into spontaneous applause
at Miah's singing.
I also saw Miah at the Royal Opera House, London, where she superlatively captured the spirit
of peasant girl Zerlina and sang beautifully.
Hopefully a DVD of the opera will be released shortly.
