Description

Hopefully a place where information can be shared on mainly Alvarez guitars and banjo's, Alvarez Yairi models, and even S. Yairi and K. Yairi models. Since the Alvarez board seems to have stopped functioning (since March 09) I'm hoping that all those that used that board to find answers and ask questions, will find this group so we can continue to share info on our new and vintage guitars!

Note: Negative posters will be removed from group, this forum is meant for a group of people that are positive and willing to share info, not a place to vent or harass other members!

thanks again, my guitar had 35 years of "fluff" much of which were tiny fibres from the hard case lining. There was also a heap of dust. Exfoliated skin etc.

Wiping down a guitar with a "damp" well rung out rag is okay, however I wouldn't recommend (especially on inside surfaces) using a wet rag. I usually use a
