I've noticed someone or some company has joined the group and spammed
up the messageboard and email system. My apologies for this, and I
have cleared out all the rubbish. I set the site to automatically
allow access without pending, which meant less work for me, since I'm
really busy with my business at the moment.

I've had to set it back to pending for incoming memberships, which
means more work for me, but less spam for you. I really don't know a
way around this without getting someone else to co-manage this group.

Any ideas or suggestions put forward would be happily received.
