Hi there,

New group member here. Known as "Dave the Rave" on several other
forums/lists. Solaris told me about this one. Since I'm into
analogue synths I thought I ought to join in.

I just ordered myself an Access Virus Rack XL today - not a true
analogue synth I know, but in spirit....

I have designed and built several analogue synths in my time. I do
have some pictures of some of my early attempts somewhere - I'll dig
them out - should be good for a larf!

The only real analogue synth I still have is a Maplin "Spectrum"
synth that I built from a partial kit in 1983. It's in the attic at
the moment - I feel inspired to drag it down and get it fired up
again....I'll see about it this weekend and make an MP3 with it plus
take some piccies for fun.

In case you're wondering, I'm a English guy living in sunny
California (been here for 10+ years now), so I can spell analogue
correctly!
