Yes, that was an intentional misspelling.

The other day, my wife took control of the van radio, changing the
XM station from Audio Visions (new age) to Oprah's channel. Me, I
loathe driving around listing to other people speaking, nevermind
people whose opinions I couldn't care less about. A commercial came on
and I exclaimed "David Arkenstone! That's Valley in the Clouds!" Sure
enough, they were using "Ancient Legend" as background music for one
of their meditation commercials... ::groan:: If only I could make
them stop speaking, so I could hear my *%#@! music! ;)
