The Guinean artist community is in mourning for the passing of Mohamed
Kemoko Sano, renowned choreographer for Les Ballets Africains,
director for Les Merveilles de Guinee/ Les Merveilles d'Afrique, and
revered teacher of most Guinean drummers and dancers that we know
today.

Traditionally, friends will send a donation to the family for
the "Sacrifice" event that will be held to honor the memory of the
