Brazilian Percussion and Culture Study Tour:
Travel to Brazil this summer with Professor Frank Oddis, Morehead (KY)
State University, and study hand percussion, drumset, and traditional
Brazilian Rhythms in Salvador, Rio De Janeiro, and Sao Paulo with
famous Brazilian Percussionists. Stay in 4 Star Beach hotels and
study Samba, Pagode, Maracatu, Baion, etc. in Salvador, Brazil's
African Capital. In Rio, stay in Copacabana Beach and attend
workshops with a Maracatu Group and an instructor from a leading
Samba School. The food in Brazil is incredible!! There is
availability however first deposits are due 3/15 so please contact
Professor Oddis ASAP to place your reservation or to discuss the
tour. Instruction will be offered at all levels.
