Dundun, Sangban, Kenkeni classes are coming! Need drums?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #82 of 269 |
Good evening,
This summer Aly is going to begin offering Dundun classes on Sunday
afternoons from 2:15-3:30 pm. Classes will either be every two weeks
or once a month, depending on the level of interest in the class.
Classes will be held at the same location as our djembe classes -
1765 Memorial Drive.

Do you need drums? We are placing an order with some friends in
Guinea for high quality complete dundun sets, and also for tambours
(the sangban that you stand on end and perform choreographed dance
while drumming). If you are interested, please let me know - we will
be finalizing the order before the end of April.

If anyone happens to know of a good, low-priced location in the
Decatur area, we would also love to offer djembe, advanced djembe and
dance classes in that area.

Thanks and I will keep you posted,
Sharon
