Prayers for Gena

Doyle, Steve and I would like to send our love and prayers to our good friends and extended family members Gena Rutledge and Nick Kliseres from The Solo Club. Gena, co-owner of the Solo club suffered a massive stroke Saturday night and was life flighted to St John's Hospital in Tulsa. She underwent surgery to remove a blood clot from her brain. She is currently in a coma and should remain so for a few days. Please pray for her health and strength to return to her as fully as possible. Gena has a long road to recovery and will need all the love and support she can get. Keep the prayers and love coming. The Solo will remain open for business thru this difficult time.

 

 

 

It has been brought to my attention that quite a few people have voiced some concern for me lately, seeing that I have lost all of the weight I have. I guess people think since I play rock-n-roll I must be on drugs too. The truth is, I am not on drugs.  I assure you, I have lost all this weight "100% el-natur-ale!" I have literally worked my ass off for it! ;-)>  I have learned a lot about nutrition and have quit drinking too. I usually try to keep most of my personal life out of these e-mails but it has really started to get me down a little, hearing all the comments about how drugged up I must be. So please feel confident in "Having my back" when you hear someone start talking trash. If you don't believe me and think I'm in denial, as most addicts are, just ask anyone who is close enough to me to know better.
