Raintree will be in Grove,Ok this Friday & Saturday (June 9th & 10th) @ Waterdogz sports bar!!! The bar is part of Red 11 Port Resort so there are rooms available within walking distance from the bar!!! Come get a room and party with us this weekend!!!! Here's the number to the resort 918-786-2363. Hope to see you there!!! Directions from Bartlesville; Take Hwy 60 East all the way through Nowata, Vinita
and Afton to Hwy 59(Buffalo Ranch Citgo station). Go south 7 and 7/10ths miles to 250 rd(Tomcat Corner Citgo station). Turn Left (East) go 1 and 3/10ths miles and you are there! It's on your right but, it's kind of hard to see, when the road curves to the left just go straight instead.

I am playing drums in the church band every Sunday for the new "Connections" service at Good Shepherd Church located across from Wal-Mart. Other band members are Jarrod Elmore;Guitar & Vocals, Tim Welch;Bass, Kelly Jenner;Vocals. Service starts at 9:30am in the fellowship hall.
Lori (Peck) Brewer Fundraiser scheduled for Sunday, June 11
On March 11, 2006, Lori (Peck) Brewer was violently attacked and suffered a gunshot wound to the left side of her head. For weeks her family and friends held vigil by her bedside, praying that this beautiful woman would survive. God has answered those prayers and Lori is making a steady recovery. However, she has a “long row to hoe” as the old saying goes.
Lori is a devoted and loving friend who not only pours her heart into helping other people but who also loves animals. Her love for animals is what makes her job at Bartlesville Animal Hospital seem less like work and more like a calling.
Her friends and family have joined together in a fundraising effort to help offset her medical expenses and the additional months of physical rehab that she will need past the 30 days her medical insurance covers.
The fundraiser is planned for Sunday, June 11, (since Lori’s birthday is June 9 it will have a “birthday party” theme). A public auction will be conducted by Auctions by Mary and will begin at 1 p.m. followed by a venue of several local bands including Double Take, Tuff Profit, Mothra, Wild Wilbur and Raintree, and an open jam session will go until 11 p.m. There will be hamburgers and hotdogs available for purchase. Many local merchants and citizens have contributed gift certificates and merchandise for the auction. Everyone is invited to come out and help us raise money by attending the auction, enjoying the music, and having a bite to eat.
Donations of items for the auction are still being accepted. For information on how you can contribute please contact Pam Elvington at 918-440-4107.
