A couple of tips I've learned on another vocal list (not bbs) is
blowing up a couple of balloons each day.
Another thing they've mentioned in terms of the hisses, that many of
us do...is not to let a 't' into the hiss.....it should be a pure 's'
to keep tension out of the tongue. For what it's worth.......
