Null Infinite is an introduction into the myriad worlds of sound
explored by the artist, Mindspawn. Prepare yourself for an intense
journey through aural worlds of the past, future, and the recesses
of the collective conscious. The compositions on Null Infinite span
styles from dark ritual ambience to epic neo-classic offerings. As
one listens to this CD, the sound twists, flexes, and moves across
the sound stage like a living thing, for it is alive. At times, serene
and inviting, the songs create surreal sonic landscapes that immerse
the listener into a variety of states of consciousness. However, these
soundscapes are more than they first appear... much more. Within these
seemingly calm washes of sound lurk bizarre and alien denizens, scenes
from ancient times, horrific visions of death and decay, the vast
coldness of deep space, lustful drones of primal ecstacy, and things
which defy articulate description. The sounds on this CD are not for
the meek or timid. Null Infinite is intended for seekers, both inward
and outward, that do not fear treading untraveled ground. There are no
predefined road maps to guide one through these worlds of living sound.
Guidance only exists as the ever seductive call of the unknown.
To generalize, the CD is dark in nature, but even in its ominous portent,
there is still something defiant, unyielding, and hopeful that refuses to
fully embrace the simple definition of dark. This is the deeper, richer,
and infinitely more vast darkness that howls at the whole of humanity from

Artist statement: “Önd is the primal force, the power of life, the breath
that gives life. The music is very much influenced by this and such the
name was chosen. It deals with lot of low frequencies which is in
connection
with the breath and chanting work I do, not that I go into the studio and
chant while recording... Önd for me is the obvious mix of science and
spirituality, and how they are the same in many ways, especially
mathematically.
I do not know how I came upon math, I just realized one day it was
everything
and it has become a major influence in Önd. I am not trying to say anything
or at least anything new with this project. This project is just one aspect
of my personal perception of the deeper and more open experience of
existence.
