So true...also, it then becomes a number games on the
part of the Indie artist/label seeking airplay. Which
if you can get enough of the "free players" playing
the recording, along with getting supportive publicity
in the form of interviews/reviews, then soon the "no
players" are, eventually, forced to play it as well.
Not in all cases, but in most if this process is
carried out consistently.
