1. The purpose of BOLL is primarily for the distribution of barbershop or music related information or discussion to the members of the group.

2. Anyone anywhere may be a member of BOLL, but most members will be women and men in the Lubbock area interested in barbershop or vocal ensemble music related topics.

3. Prairie Winds or Singing Plainsmen announcements, questions and recognitions are encouraged

4. BOLL is a friendly group and flaming is considered bad form and just plain rude. Heated discussions that contain vehement disagreements are best taken private.

5. Chain letters are not to be posted.

6. Political materials are not to be posted.

7. Obscene or off-color language is not to be used.
