Does anyone know have any information about what music on the internet
does not require ASCAP fees? I am putting together a web site for a
barbershop quartet, and want to stay legal. Can I use "Free and Easy"
music from SPEBSQSA? Can I use a segment of a recording - if the
segment is under one minute? Can I use a song on an album that the
quartet has already paid ASCAP fees?
