Hey Larry, from the filename you are using (VTS_01_0.VOB) it looks
like you are using a file directly from a DVD, and this won't work
online -- you need to first convert the video clip you want to use
into a web-friendly format (e.g. Quicktime, RealVideo, Windows Media,
or something generic that will work on all players, such as MPG
video). There are many programs available to help convert the video,
some are free and some you'll need to pay for. You can find such
programs on http://download.com/

The process of properly converting and optimizing video for the web
isn't the easiest thing to do, but you can find tutorials online to
help you find a happy medium between file size and video quality.
