This is a mailing list of people who met through a common interest in the music of Todd Rundgren. This is an open forum where the topics range far and wide. While posts about Todd Rundgren and his work (pro, con, or in-between) are most decidely "on topic", very little is "off topic". In addition, first and foremost we welcome and encourage discussions about music and musicians that might be of interest to the group; we also welcome discussions about politics, current events, technology, art, spirituality, human relations, sexuality, cooking, the human condition, and so on. This list can and should be a place where creative, intelligent, curious, inquisitive, musical, thoughtful, outspoken, shy, and/or passionate people all feel welcome. It should not devolve into any sort of clique.

While it is our intent to err on the side of free speech, and while this set of criteria may be vague and broad, the moderators of this list believe we will know a blatant violation when we see it. Initial violation of these (Yahoo) TOS will result in a warning; a second violation will result in a one week ban; a third violation will result in permanent banishment from the list.

You are free to express your feelings, attitudes, etc. about the list and its policies. However, please note that list policy will be managed and implemented by your "representative government"-- the list owner and moderators. We invite your suggestions and input offlist.
