I've just had an email from someone at the BBC, who's working on a documentary
about the pioneers of early synth music, and of course, the League will be one
of the main features.
Anyone know if the Granada "Being Boiled" performance is available anywhere in
*good* quality (not the lousy copy that's been bootlegged)? I think they'd like
to include it if there's a decent copy around.

Sean can you put said person in contact with me as I have personal contact
with Tony Wilsons family and I believe access to a quality copy of Granada's
clip may be accessable through them.

Apparently, Granada wiped the tapes a long time ago. That's why they're on the
lookout for a "smuggled copy." It's like Doctor Who all over again... ;)
By the way, this documentary will air sometime in the autumn on BBC4.
