harlie Wood - Top 5 Living Blues Charts two months running
It's not very often that a debut blues album from an artist gets a
lot of attention, but to make it to the top 5 of the Living Blues Charts
and stay there for a couple of months does say something! (#4 for Feb.

<../../../../All_Blues/www.sonicbids.com/charliewood2> Charlie has
released 6 albums to date but it's fascinating that after his 16
year tenure as the house act at King's Palace Café on Beale
Street that "Lucky" is his debut blues album. Charlie is in the
studio right now working on a new album due out in the Spring on the
Daddy-O Records label. It's going to be slanted towards that Memphis
blues/R&B sound…"Charlie Wood and The New Memphis Underground."
Wait 'til you see the musicians backing him on this recording!
