The current Home Page picture featured is a 4 string reso banjo built by Wichita Sam, a member of the CIGARBOXGUITARBUILDERS forum. Sam is notorious for the imaginative builds he can produce with just a box, strings, and a stick. This instrument incorporates a paint can lid, has a handmade brass tailpiece, piezo pickup, and corian nut. Sam has well over one hundred builds to his credit. Well done Sam!
