i saw them open for the jefferson starship last saturday in martinez
ca.

they put on a very nice show, mixing some old quicksilver songs in
with gary duncans newer material.

man he can still play the hell out of that guitar!

long quicksilver jams, with the always ebuliant bobby vega on bass.

david frieberg played guitar too, and sang pride of man, fresh air,
and what about me.

of course there was a little hole where the other guitar player would
have been, but all in all, i enjoyed it a lot and will probably go
see them in mill valley, sweetwater, on 10/19/06.
