The Cahokia Songwriters Association is a non-affiliated group. The CSA studies the art and craft of songwriting. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. the third Tuesday each month at Jerome Place Bed and Breakfast, Jerome Lane at Elizabeth, Cahokia Illinois, 62206. Dues are $40 per year. The CSA holds concert events featuring members and members songs several times per year. Genre includes, but is not limited to, folk, country, acoustic rock, Americana.

From St Louis: Cross Poplar Street Bridge and take Illinois Rt. 3 South about 4 traffic lights (3 miles, give or take) to Jerome Lane. Turn left at traffic light onto Jerome Lane. Follow Jerome Lane and cross the railroad tracks. The third street on the right after the railroad tracks is Elizabeth. When you turn onto Elizabeth, your lights will shine a brick home on the corner of Jerome and Elizabeth. That is the meeting place. It is part of Jerome Place B&B.

From Interstate 255: Take exit 13 to Cahokia, Camp Jackson Road, Illinois Route 157. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Rt. 157 and follow 157 past Wal-mart, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, etc, until you come to the traffic light at Range Lane. A QT gas station is at the corner. Turn right onto Range Lane and follow it to the 4 way stop at Jerome Lane. Turn left on Jerome Lane and follow to Elizabeth. Elizabeth will be the 3rd street on the left after you turn onto Jerome Lane. The home on the left is where we are meeting. It is a part of Jerome Place B&B.
