Members of the Cardinal District - some of you may have already seen this
post on the Harmonet (bbshop@yahoogroups.com) so I apologize in advance for
the repeat post.
I thought this was worth posting on the CAR list, since many of you in the
northern part of the district are within "earshot" of picking up WBBM-AM
780 on the radio. Others can, of course, hit the "Listen Live" button to
hear the streaming audio via the Internet.

For those who want to listen to the U Can Sing 2 ad
as it's being run in the Chicago area on WBBM radio,
go here to click on the "Listen Live" button:
http://www.wbbm780.com/
This note was posted to the New Tradition chorus members group e-mail list
tonight.
The times listed are for Central time (US).
WBBM-AM 780 is the major "all-news, all-the-time" radio station in the
Chicago area.
It's a 50,000-watt "blower" that can be heard into many of the nearby states.

Hi all -

As you may know, we've been placing the 60 second radio ad for our Sept 12
guest night the last two weeks on WBBM 780 AM. Trying to balance the
available budget with the effectiveness of frequency of placement, we
opted for multiple evening (6) and overnight (20) placement over, say, 1
rush hour spot.

I just found out some good news from WBBM that we've been upgraded to a PM
Drive spot tomorrow at 4:36pm. So if you haven't heard it yet during the
evening or wee hours of the night the last couple of weeks, make sure you
tune in tomorrow ~ 4:30pm. Obviously things can be shuffled around last
minute, but hopefully they'll be on schedule.

If 4:36pm doesn't work and you're either nocturnal or home tomorrow
evening, the remaining spots tomorrow will be 1:23am, 3:36am, 4:36pm, and
8:13pm.

Max [Kieba]
VP of Marketing & PR
