Gary,
I can speak to the reason why the show was not appearing on the District Website. The District posts the show dates when the BME/SESAC Show Clearance Application and Fees are paid. I saw your previous emails and contacted your Chapter Secretary that I needed the application and fees Apparently, he was not aware of the procedures for show clearance. I received them last week and sent them out within 2 days of receipt. I forwarded the spreadsheet for posting to the District Webmaster, Brad McAlexander at the same time.
We've been having perrenial trouble with the timeliness of the INKY Notes and we are looking into alternatives. It sounds like your are going to have a great show! Break a leg!

Subject: [CardinalDistrict] InKy Notes and website questions
Is there any reason why we haven't received any InKy Notes for a
while? Also, the district website hasn't been updated in some time.
The last quartet champ listed in the History section is 2004, Boundary
Line.
There is also no mention of the Circle City Sound show this
weekend on the website. Why? So, just in case anyone was looking for
something to do this Saturday. The Circle City Sound is having our
show featuring your current district quartet champs, The Edge, and
TKO, the current JAD quartet champs and Nashville qualifier. Go to
www.circlecitysound
out so, don't wait till you get there, you may be left out in the rain.
