We met and jammed with Kindred Spirits last year at the
OPUS FANTASY ARTS FESTIVAL. This wonderful festival of fantasy
arts takes place once again May 14-16. We'll also be joined by
the incredible contemporary Celtic music group, Stone Circle.

"Step It Out Mary" by Loscoe State Opera

A raggle-taggle Celtic folk-punk with attitude from Derbyshire UK,
playing uniquely adapted folk and memorable original material.

You are a lot of different versions of "Step It Out Mary", but I
gotta say that this is my favorite, thusfar. It combines a bunch
of things I love, a traditional Celtic folk song with some
badarse rockin' guitars, flute remimenscent of Jethro Tull, lead
vocals early punk, while the background vocals provide that perfect
touch of "we know what the hell we're doin'". The band performs
with musical poetry that few bands capture with a live recording.
