Hi there all you netters and lovers of barbershop harmony and a cappella music!

A while back, The "APPLAUSE" Show announced that a benefactor had made available to our audiences the opportunity to purchase a very rare set of lithographs called John Lennon by Cynthia Lennon.  The owner of these lithograph sets is a supporter of the show and he offered the sets at an extremely low price, with a portion of the proceeds of each sale going to support The "APPLAUSE" Show, the longest single time slot in radio featuring barbershop and acappella music.

To view this special offer, click on this URL:
                   John Lennon Prints
(if this url does not work, type the following into your browser:
             http://www.harmonize.com/ApplauseShow/JohnLennonPrints.html )

Our benefactor has said that his offer shall remain in place until March 1st.  After that date, he will take the remaining sets and market them in another way. So, if you have been waiting to get a set of these rare, incredibly valuable sets, please send your check today and you will not only be the owner of 1 out of only 300 sets ever made, you will be supporting The "APPLAUSE" Show with Rich Taylor and T.J. Barranger

Thanks again for your support of the show....we appreciate your support!

Hi Gang,

We had a wonderful night of music from the studios of WVRM Radio, 1620AM, 91.9FM and on Comcast Cable Channel 34 in North Jersey.  Not only did we play great music all night long, we also hosted a live "in-studio" appearance of DUWENDE, a six voice acappella group from New York City.  Duwende brought us their eclectic mix of music and wonderful personalities to the show, spending almost an hour with us.  TJ and I would like to thank these talented musicians for their time and talent on February 6th.

Last Saturday, February 15th an extraordinary thing
happened. 522 people paid 12 bucks, braved the road
conditions, weather and the distance to come to
Governor's State University to see the first ever
organized Other Guy/Other Other Guy show.

Half of the audience was of course friends and family
but the other half were people who had never heard of
The Other Guys before but were just interested in the
music. The show was a great success for The Other Guy
brand and also for a cappella music. For this we
thank you very much.

If you would like email updates regarding The Other
Guys and The Other Other Guys, please send your email
address to me.

Again, thank you. We look forward to singing for you
in the future.

A Cappella Forever,
Michael Dikelsky

For those of you who have loved acappella radio, and the live "APPLAUSE" Show with Rich Taylor and T J Barranger, this is a posting you should read from top to bottom.  It's long, but exciting and IMPORTANT!

We are so excited about an announcement that the owner of Regional Broadcasting Services, the parent company of WVRM in Upper Montclair New Jersey made last Thursday night prior to the weekly broadcast of The "APPLAUSE" Show.  We want to share that announcement with you.

As you know, in January of 2002, The "APPLAUSE" Show moved from a public broadcasting station in western NJ to WVRM Radio 1620AM, 91.9FM, and in north Jersey on Comcast Channel 34. The Internet access is at WWW.VILLAGERADIO.COM.  The owner of Regional Broadcasting Services is a fan of barbershop harmony and acappella music.  He offered The "APPLAUSE" Show a 4 1/2 hour slot making the show the longest single slot of radio dedicated to barbershop and acappella music.  He also said that after the show was on for a while, he would evaluate our audience and perhaps give us the opportunity to change the format of the radio station to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year Barbershop Harmony and A Cappella Music.

Last Thursday, George Louvis, the CEO of Regional Broadcasting announced to us that he was ready to make that change for a trial period.  We are providing Mr. Louvis with the music of 60 artists from the barbershop harmony and contemporary acappella communities from which he will create a prerecorded rotating playlist which will be broadcast all day, EVERY DAY for all but the contracted times of other shows already on Village Radio (these amount to approximately 8 hours of broadcast time).  This programming change will take place as soon as the playlist is assembled.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR BARBERSHOPPERS EVERYWHERE?
1. You will be able to access a 24-hour-a-day (with minor exceptions) to hear
your favorite barbershop and acappella artists.
2.  We will now be able to build other "APPLAUSE" type shows in any part
of the world.  If your chapter or group wants to do a weekly "Live" radio
show of your own, we will be able to "switch" from the studios of WVRM
to anywhere in the world that has the appropriate equipment (we will
provide those specifications)  Imagine:  "Live from (wherever)... the
(name your show) Show featuring barbershop and/or acappella music.
3.  We will be in a position to "Simulcast" any event with proper equipment
in place... i.e.. The Buckeye Open, or the Harmony Sweepstakes, or
       (you name the event).

Now, what is necessary to develop this fully.  Well, first and foremost is the support of the barbershop and acappella communities.  We need to show Mr. Louvis that our organizations and our members will financially support this format change.  We will be  asking you, individually, your chapters, groups, and the major harmony organizations to make financial contributions to Regional Broadcasting to fund the broadcast of 24/7 Barbershop and Acappella.
We will be offering advertising opportunities for companies that market to the acappella communities, including chapters and quartets and groups that have CD's to sell, or shows to promote, or events to promote.

Together, you, our listeners, and the APPLAUSE Team can make this the most exciting opportunity for all concerned...a truly "Win-Win" situation.

Stay Tuned for more on this throughout the next month.  If you have not contributed to the show, go to our web page at www.harmonize.com/applauseshow and find out how you can support the show.

This week we were all set to have a live appearance by Yankee Dime, a wonderful quartet from the Big Apple Chorus, winners of the 2002 Rahway Novice Contest and qualifiers at the 2002 Mid Atlantic District Contest. Well, unfortunately, the snow and the weather has put the tenor and lead out of commission for now.  We hope to have the quartet in the studio live at another time, and may actually have a visit from one of their members.  We will keep you posted.

The Acappella Showcase will take place on Saturday, May 17th, 8:00PM at the Montclair High School in Montclair, NJ.  The show will be a fund-raiser for Regional Broadcasting (to help replace equipment lost in the infamous lightning strike) and The "APPLAUSE" Show, listener supported since  I produced the first show in 1997.  We are looking for 2-3 barbershop groups and 2-3 acappella groups to participate.  All artists will be paid, and we request that any interested groups send their bio, sample CD, and your required fee to us at:

ICHICAGO A CAPPELLA REVELS IN GLORIOUS VOCAL TEXTURES
IN “AS ROSE PETALS OPEN”

Acclaimed vocal ensemble sings music from one to nine voice parts in three delightful concerts...

Chicago a cappella will revel in music from unison chant to nine-voice pop in their upcoming concert, “As Rose Petals Open.” Starting with simple one-part music, the ensemble will add one voice part at a time—to duets, trios, and quartets—until the concert ends in glorious nine-part harmony. Along the way, audiences will hear brilliant music by Daniel Pinkham, Henry Purcell, and Charles Stanford, as well as favorites like “Shenandoah” and Franz Biebl’s “Ave Maria.” A highlight will be the Midwest premiere of Paul Crabtree’s cycle “Five Romantic Miniatures from The Simpsons,” a deft blending of pop culture and high art which uses lines from that TV show as a basis for beautiful choral music. And, ending the season on an upbeat note, Chicago a cappella will break out pop charts by k.d. lang, Paul Simon, and Queen.

“As Rose Petals Open” takes place:

- Saturday, April 5, 8:00 p.m., at Unity Temple, 875 Lake St. in Oak Park
- Sunday, April 6, 7:30 p.m., at Northwestern University’s Lutkin Hall, 700 University Place in Evanston
- Saturday, April 12, 8:00 p.m., at Chicago Temple, 77 W. Washington Street in Chicago.

The Simpsons Go Classical

Homer Simpson as the inspiration for classical music? Using texts like “Marge, you make the best pork chops” and “I feel all funny...I’m in love,” composer Paul Crabtree has taken the words of TV’s favorite cartoon family and set them to tender, sophisticated, and very affecting choral music. Chicago
a cappella presents the Midwest premiere of Crabtree’s “Five Romantic Miniatures from The Simpsons” at these performances, and reveals the cycle as a surprising combination of the silly and the sublime. Each of the work’s five movements is named after the character who spoke the lines, including “Lisa” (I like Langdon Alger. He is very quiet and he enjoys puzzles.) and “Marge” (I love you so much, my little bitty Barty.). Crabtree, who was born in Scotland and now lives in California, has written such innovative works as Glenn Miller is Missing, and Nocturne for Flash Gordon. Chicago a cappella presented the world premiere of two of Crabtree’s Rose Madrigals at their February 2003 concerts of Shakespeare texts.

An Eclectic Journey from One Voice to Nine

“As Rose Petals Open” will take audiences on a journey from simple one-part Gregorian chant to the complex textures of eight and nine voice parts. Along the way, Chicago a cappella will sing Daniel Pinkham’s clever duet “Bugs,” a trio by the 15th-century master John Dunstaple, and works by folk musician Malcolm Dalglish and Swedish composer Jan Sandström. Five-part offerings will include Charles Stanford’s Victorian part-song “The Blue Bird,” and Gunnar Eriksson’s delicate arrangement of Henry Purcell’s “Music for a While.” As the vocal texture grows, the ensemble will delve into six-part jazz chords arranged by Jennifer Shelton (Hoagy Carmichael’s standard “The Nearness of You”), and lush seven-part harmony in Franz Biebl’s moving “Ave Maria.” Finally, the group will break out into eight and nine parts with Paul Simon’s African-inspired “Homeless” and a new a cappella arrangement of the Queen rock classic “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

Chicago a cappella

Now in its tenth year, Chicago a cappella has become known as the city’s most entertaining and innovative classical vocal ensemble. The group offers a winning combination of superb ensemble singing, fascinating programs, and intimate, engaging performances. Under founder and artistic director Jonathan Miller, nine gifted singers deliver early and new music, spirituals, and vocal jazz with equal conviction and style. Since Chicago a cappella’s first performance in 1993, the ensemble has presented over 70 concerts in the Chicago area in addition to guest appearances in six states and Mexico. The group’s discography includes two early music CDs on Centaur Records, a self-produced CD of African-American spirituals (Go Down, Moses), and a new live recording of seasonal music, Holidays a cappella Live. The group was recently praised by the Chicago Tribune for its “wit, imagination, flawless intonation, and...idiomatic way with music of every period,” and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch described the ensemble as “unusually fine...eclectic, enlightening and enjoyable.”

Hi gang,

First the good news... We are moving forward on the 24 Hour A Day, 7 Days a Week and 365 Days a Year of the "Acappella Netwrok"... with it's headquarters at the studios of WVRM Radio, and under the auspices of Regional Broadcasting Services in Upper Montclair.  We should have the full broadcast up within two weeks.  But we need your help!

We envision a "Network" of live shows all broadcast through the computers at the Regional Broadcasting Headquarters.  What we are looking for are chapters of the men's or women's Societies or from CASA membership that would like to do a "LIVE" Radio broadcast from their own location.  We would provide the equipment specifications (Computer/Mixer Board/Microphone/CD Players/Connection , etc), and we would schedule your "Show" at a time which would allow you to commit to a weekly program... and then we would "Train" you on how to operate the "logon" sequences from your location.

We are looking for Barbershop Shows, Acappella Shows, Mixed Shows, Gospel Acappella Shows, and any other kind of Acappella Music programs for this new "Network", offering Live Shows from all over the world for the listening pleasure of the 80,000 acappella performers and their fans.

Please email me rivately with your ideas for a show and give me the details of what you would want to do, and who would be "sponsoring" the show..i.e. XYZ Chapter... and give me the time or day that you think you would want to do your show.  We will assemble all of the responses and try and schedule an interesting , exciting series of shows featuring "YOU"!

Also, if there are specific events during the Acappella or Barbershopping worlds that you would love to see "Simulcasted" over the Network, please email us with your comments and we will see what can be done to bring you those activities that are just too far away for you to attend.

Well, enough of that ...now on to the wonderful artists and songs that made up the February 13th edition of The "APPLAUSE" Show!

Hi gang,

The "ACAPPELLA PROJECT" concert will take place on Saturday May 17th in Montclair N.J.  This concert will be a fund-raiser for The "APPLAUSE" Show and for the station.  We are looking to finalize the talent and will bring you the lineup of barbershop and acappella groups that will be entertaining you.  If your group would like to participate , there is still time to email me and give me your particulars....Name, something about your group (if we do not know you), what your fee would be (remember this is a fund raiser for the show and the station), and anything else you want us to know.  If we are not familiar with your music, we would request a copy of your recorded music. We need to have the lineup set by the 25th of this month so that the publicity campaign can begin.  We are hoping to have 3 acappella groups and 3 barbershop groups on the show.

24 - 7 - 365 DAYS A YEAR.....LIVE SHOWS FROM AROUND THE WORLD!!!!!

We are so excited about the decision of Regional Broadcasting to begin broadcasting a format of Barbershop harmony groups and acappella groups all the time on WVRM 1620AM, 91.9FM and on local Comcast Channel 34, and of course on the worldwide Internet at www.villageradio.com.  The new format will begin within 2 weeks and we will post a formal announcement on the various discussion groups.  PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS NEW EXCITING FORMAT!

In addition to carrying a full day's schedule of your favorite artists, and The "APPLAUSE" Show on Thursday Nights from 6:30 - 11:00pm, we will be soliciting chapters and groups and individuals from around the world to commit to a weekly "live" broadcast from their location on the new network. If your chapter has always wanted to do a radio broadcast, but could not break into your own local market, you could be the perfect candidate to do a live show each week from your town.  We already have interest in southern California, Oklahoma City and Dallas.  We want to assemble a programming schedule that would provide the pre-recorded show along with, initially, an additional 12 - 15 hours of "live" shows each week.  We are committed to bringing you the finest music and shows available on the Internet and , of course, locally in New Jersey.  If your chapter and/or group would be interested in doing a "live" show each week, email me and let us know.  Email address is RMTMUSIC@...

Hi there gang... Rich Taylor here with the notice that BALL IN THE HOUSE, the fantastic group from Boston Massachusetts will be live in the studio tonight on The "APPLAUSE" Show with T.J.Barranger and I.

(Please do not confuse our "APPLAUSE" Show with a show of the same name , hosted by Dave Stadtmauer.. the shows have no connection.  Your support of barbershop and acappella music is a separate issue for each show)

BALL IN THE HOUSE has been on the acappella scene for several years now and they spend their "full-time" jobs as a performing professional group.  They will be coming to the studio tonight from two performances in the afternoon at north New Jersey schools, bringing the "acappella" story to those students.
The group will be in the studio, but we are not sure of the exact time....so... listen in at 6:30 and we will keep you posted on their "Time of Arrival"

We will be discussing the move to full barbershop/acappella programming tonight.  We need everyone's help and support to make this 24/7, 365 days a year programming happen.  We will be giving you information about this new opportunity, whereby we would be able to bring you "live" broadcasts of barbershop and acappella shows from around the world, along with a pre-recorded mix of the entire library at The "APPLAUSE" Show.  So again, listen in tonight and see how you and your chapter/group can support this effort and be a part of radio history.  We are so excited about this we cannot express our joy.

Thanks for listening in tonight for a great "live" performance.

Hi there netters,

We had the best time last week with a wonderful acappella band called Ball In The House Ballinthehouse.  These guys have more energy than high school football team.  They entertained us for more than an hour and spent some time after the studio visit with T.J. and I and our special guest "audience", a TMIH singer and his parents.  Check out their website and perhaps they will be appearing in a school or concert near you.  This is just one of the many "Live" performances by great quartets and acappella groups that we will be presenting in the next few months.

Please join us tonight for 4 1/2 hours of great barbershop and acappella music.  We are in the "International Pre-Lim " cycle in the men's organization, the "Regional" season in SAI, and the Harmony Sweeps and NCCA College competitions in the acappella community.  All providing great opportunities for us to share the music of the "Qualifiers and Winners" with you.  The show begins at 6:30pm Eastern time... and you can go to our "Chat room" while the broadcast is in session.

We will be posting the last two playlists on the website and the one for last week on another posting later tonight or tomorrow.  Thank you for your continued support... we are close to having the 24/7 format introduced so we do need your moral and financial support.

Hope to have you on line tonight

Hi gang,

Sorry for not posting this last week but the week has been very busy for this old guy <g>  But we do owe a great big "Thank You"  to Ball In The House  from Boston who came to the studios at WVRM and literally "rocked the house".  These guys brought a lot of energy and personality to the studio along with 6 original songs for our live audience of 6 people and of course our radio audience.  This was the second appearance of Ball In The House on The "APPLAUSE" Show and we always enjoy there visits.  If your group has the ability to come to Upper Montclair on a Thursday night between 6:30 and 11:00pm, we would love to have you "Live" in the studio!  Just email us with the available dates and we will try and work you into the upcoming schedule.

Update of the Acapella Project:  We will be seeking a date for the show... The Town of Montclair has not given the clearance for the May 17th date, and the clock is ticking.... so we will seek another date early in the summer time and we will again attempt to build the show.  We will let you all know.  We are disappointed in the inability for us to lock in the date, but we will not stop in our efforts to bring this great show to fruition.

Update on the 24/7 365 days broadcast conversion.  WVRM is building the song list for the initial  programming of the 24 hour barbershop and acappella format.  We are excited that WVRM will become the first commercial radio station to adopt a format of Acappella and Barbershop Harmony.  Imagine, being able to tune in to "Live" broadcasts throughout the day, from all over this country and around the world; Simulcasts of major events and important activities brought to you throughout the year; your ability to interract with people through live chatrooms during each program during the week.
We need to show WVRM that we can financially support this change in format.
What we are looking for are commitments and donations from chapters of SPEBS, SAI and HI, to support the format with a donation of $250.00 per year, or roughly $5.00 per week.  We would like quartets, acappella groups and individuals to consider  a donation of $120.00 per year, or roughly $10.00 per month.  And finally, we are seeking commercial advertisors who would benefit by advertising to the listeners from the acappella and barbershop groups presented on the broadcast.

If you can consider a donation to the station, please go to The "APPLAUSE" Show Website  and you can see the process for giving your financial support for the show.

Well, now for the Playlist from March 20th...with the Live Performance of Ball In The House:

Hi gang...

Well, we had another great week last week playing some of the greatest barberhop and acappella music from the studios of WVRM VillageRadio in Upper Montclair, NJ.  We had an evening of music from some of the artists that are on "Rotation" in the library.

Hey, you know what, we have been perusing the postings from the Harmonet on the various Regional SAI and Division SPEBS Contests, as well as the Int'l Pre-Lim contests in SPEBS and finally the Harmony Sweepstakes and the NCCA Finals, and we have been noticing that we do NOT have music from a lot of the groups that are scoring in the top eschelons of their Region/District/Division/Showcases.  And that makes us sad : (  Soooo, we want to invite all of the wonderful groups who are out there in the acappella world to review our Playlists for the last 4 or 5 weeks at our website: www.harmonize.com/applauseshow    there is a button on the  home page called "Music Submission"...click on there and it will give you all the information you need to get your music played on The "APPLAUSE" Show.  Our audience is a world-wide audience and consisits of singers and fans of barbershop and acappella groups...and they would love to hear your music.

We are still trying to finalize a date with the town for the acappella project featuring talented acappella and barbershop groups.  We hope to be able to report the "final" date to you in the next week.  Thanks for your patience regarding this Fund-Raiser for WVRM/APPLAUSE SHOW.

Hi there guys and gals!

Tonight we have dedicated the evening to "Requests" from our listeners.  The show goes on the air at www.villageradio.com at 6:30pm eastern time.  I will be on "leave" tonight, but TJ will be in the studio and would love to have the show programmed by you, our listeners and fans.
Making a request to the show is as easy as sending an email to:
applause@...   Give us the group and the song...T J will search the library and play the song you want.

We are moving forward on two projects...the Fundraising for the 24/7 365 day "Live"/"Pre-recorded" Format conversion.  More on that on our website.  Also, securing the date for the "Acappella Project" in Montclair which will feature great acappella and barbershop groups from all over the country.

We thank all of the groups who have sent music to us...the Playlist for the 3rd will be posted by tomorrow evening...

Also congratulations to all of the competitors at the New York Regional  Harmony Sweepstakes...Cadence from Toronto, Canada were the winners with an incredibly energetic and audience friendly performance.  Pieces of Eight from New York City were second and Moondance, SAI Reg 15 quartet were third place finishers.  All eight groups, including "in studio" artists, The Fonic, were really great.   Townsend Belisle did another wonderful job in producing this contest.

Have a great evening tonight with T J... I'll be back in the studio next week on the 17th.  By best to all of you

Hi there fans of barbershop and acappella music;

We celebrate TWO Birthdays this week.  April 11th was the date the Barbershop Harmony was founded on the rooftop of the Alvin Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma.  26 men gathered and started the evening's songfest with a rendition of "Down Mobile".  This week we celebrate the 65th birthday of that historic meeting.

This is also the week that marks the 6th year I have been bringing you the best in acappella and barbershop music on the radio as the host of The "APPLAUSE" Show.  Most of you know I started the "APPLAUSE" Show in April of 1997 at a public radio station in Hunterdon County, N.J., and moved the show to WVRM in January of 2001.  I am proud to be the originator of the show and the continuing host of what has become one of the most popular radio shows throughout the acappella world.  I want to thank all of the artists that have made this radio broadcast possible.  And I want to thank all of our loyal listeners who have stayed with the show  during all of our growth and changes.  We are currently the longest single radio time-slot with a dshow featuring barbershop harmony and accappella music.  WVRM and it's owner, Regional Broadcasting Services are committed to the long term promotion of our kind of music.  So Happy Birthday to the show and your 6 years of support.

My goal as a broadcast promoter is to create a network which will bring you LIVE radio shows from around the world ...every day of the week.  You know, there are almost 80,000 people in the world that call themselves "acappella and barbershop" singers.  The barbershop and acappella communities have organized groups in cities and towns throughout the world, on all time zones, and we believe there is an interest in hearing live shows throughout the week from all around the world.  WVRM is poised to bring this kind of broadcast variety to you.  Imagine, being able to turn on your computer and hear live radio shows and events from around the world.  Imagine emailing, or calling your favorite "personality" in another part of the country or around the world and interracting with that host about their show.  And finally, how great would it be to be able to hear great barbershop and acappella events, like the Harmony Sweepstakes Finals, or maybe the Bolton Landing or the Buckeye Barbershop Festivals, or maybe the annual show of your favorite chorus, or even a performance of your favorite acappella artists during a tour in a part of the country our of your traveling reach........a full Acappella Network there to present great music to you, the audience that appreciates this type of music.

And how surprised would you be if I told you that we could create that kind of network for less than $1.00 per year from all of those 80,000 people who are registered as members of their respective harmony organizations.  But that is the reality... we are working right now to build the financial base to get the Network up and running.  If your group, chapter, or you as an individual would like information on how to help in this effort, please go to our website at:
www.harmonize.com/applauseshow to find out the ways you can support this effort.

We debited a feature on the show this week called "The Great Quartets" which highlights the life and music of great quartets and acappella groups.  Grady Kerr and Strawhat Productions in Dalls have made this feature possible.

Well, now, we have a week of catch up on the weekly playlists:  This is the wonderful music from great artists presented on Thursday, April 3rd:

Dear friends of Golosa, the University of Chicago Russian Choir,

This list has been quiet for a while, but now I'm writing to announce that
we will be performing a concert of Russian choral music in Joseph Bond
Chapel on the campus of the University of Chicago at 7:30 pm on Wednesday,
May 14.

There is no charge for admission, though there will be a suggested
donation of $5. Our CD "Songs from the Selenga" will also be available.

This year we are proud to present a selection of liturgical pieces by some
of Russia's most illustrious composers, followed in the second half of the
concert by some of our (and your!) favorite Siberian folksongs.

The University of Chicago is located on Chicago's south side. The best
approach from the north is via Lake Shore Drive. Exit at 53rd street or
57th street. The campus is a few blocks west of the lake, bordered by 57th
and 59th streets on the north and south, and by University and Ellis
avenues on the east and west.

For directions to Bond Chapel, please visit:

http://www.uchicago.edu/docs/maps/mainquad/bond.html

If you have any questions about the concert or the choir, please email me.

We hope to see you there!

Noel Taylor, director

Hi there netters,

April 24th brought a great mix from the APPLAUSE Show library along with requests from you our audience.  This Thursday we celebrate the start of the Mid Atlantic District Division Contest Cycle with special guests in the studio.  We will welcome the Co-Chairman for the Northern Division Contest, as well as one or two quartets that will be competing in the contest.  We expect to have a real fun time talking "contest" stuff and enjoying the live and recorded performances of the  people involved in the MAD Division contest.  You will have an opportunity to ask the chairman questions about running a contest and to ask the performers about how they feel about the whole contest system.

As you know, we are a listener supported show and the owners of Regional Broadcasting Services would like to change the format of the station from classic rock and roll to acappella and barbershop harmony 24hrs a day/7 days a week/365 days a year.  But in order to do that he needs to have the assurance from our audiences that they will financially support that programming.  Between now and the end of June, we need to raise $5000.00 to implement the change.  To be honest, the support has slowed to a trickle and that is not a good sign.  Our request has been steady... we need individual supporters, group supporters and chapter supporters to make this whole thing happen,  If you, your quartet or your chapter, believes in our show and the possibility of having live broadcasts from all over the world, throughout the week, please consider you financial support today.  Please go to the show's website at:

www.harmonize.com/applauseshow
and you can find out the ways you, your group or your chapter can support the show.  We have a dream that we can develope a network that will present "Live"radio shows from all over the world, filling your days and nights with great music and interesting personalities.  We have the technology to broadcast the major events in the acappella and barbershop worlds over the airwaves for all who are too far away to attend live.  We will be able to simulcast annual shows or performances throughout the world.  But , to do any of this, we need to produce a flow of financial support from those who listen to and support this style of music.
