Defenders of the Axe is the first in a hopefully ongoing series of guitar specific performances attempting to promote awareness of  new / existing innovative players working in either experimental / drone or other territories.

Where: LOOP. 23 Meyers Place, Melbourne.

This series seeks to document notable Australian experimental artists (both established and lesser known) by commissioning them to produce an EP of material that will then be made available for free downloading online, as well as on CDR.
