You mean " A Little Something " (3'09") by Slapp Happy with Friends?
According to the Nishihara's homepage, it is BBC live on Jun 25, 1974.

If that is the case, there exists the bootleg "BBC Live 1974 & Reunion
Concert in London 1983", sadly misspelled "Slap Happy"...
Sound quality is just TERRIBLE.

Anyone has a better sound bootleg?
