I would also suggest to distribute it via EZTorrent (www.easytree.org). I'm
quite new to this BitTorrent thing, but already got there a lot of interesting
stuff (both audio and DVDs).

If you're not familiar with this system, I would gladly assist you. Of course
you need good (fast and unlimited) Internet connection.

I can organize the tree as I have some time now and possibility to burn
DVDs.
The easiest way (from my experience) is the following:
1. As I receive the "seed" I'll let it know to the list.
2. I will burn and send two copies for free to two people who are ready
to burn the DVDs for other members of the list on the same conditions.
I'll let the list know the names and emails of these people so everybody
who still wants to get it may contact them.
3. I am also ready to burn two copies b&p (blanks and postage) for those
who have no possibility to burn. I hope that the branches will do the same.
