1. Remember Christmas Show run-thru at Seabreeze High School this Wednesday
[20 Nov] at 6:30 PM. If you need directions to Seabreeze, let me know or go to:

and enter 2700 N. Oleander Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL in the destination
box. Seabreeze is one block west of A1A [Atlantic Avenue]. From the north,
turn right on Harvard [at Bennigan's] to Oleander then left. From the
south, turn left on Plaza [just north of Bellair Shopping Center] to
Oleander then right. If you come over via Halifax you can take Plaza east
to Oleander then left.

2. Please bring your Christmas casual sweater, light jacket, or shirt if
you have it already. Go get one if you don't. We want to see if it's flashy
enough for a show.

3. Please bring your wrapped Christmas present [under $5 value token] to
your next chorus meeting or the Wednesday run-thru. Don't make the box too
big. We're going to have around a hundred of them when we collect them all.
Please write your name on the bottom of the package with a marker we can
read or I'll do it for you when you turn it in.

4. If you have a speaking part and do not yet have a copy of your script
part, please advise me immediately. I have them available for file attach
in MSWord or WordPerfect formats so you can print them out at home or we
will get you a photocopy.

5. Bring your 8-part music if you must but make an effort to get off the
paper before Wednesday.

6. Surfside, please get yourself a black t-shirt if you don't have one. You
can find them at any Wal-Mart or K-Mart for less than $7. I know all of you
already have black pants for the First Act.

7. Dress for Wednesday's run-thru is whatever you normally wear to
rehearsal. We will be experimenting with some costuming but it's not a
Dress rehearsal.

8. Please be on time. We only have 2 1/2 hours in the auditorium and we're
getting a break not being charged for the space, just the techs, and we
don't want to waste it. On second thought, come early. [grin]

9. The auditorium is the northernmost, free-standing building on the
campus. The front door is on the east side. I'm not sure what other doors
will be open. Parking is limited on the south side but there's lots of it
on the north side of that building.

10. We will need riser help between 5:30 and 6 PM and after the run-thru.

The next joint rehearsal will be Monday, Nov 25th at Schnebly. This will be
Surfside's rehearsal as well since The Huntington will be unavailable on
the 26th. So EVERYONE who is planning on performing needs to be there.
Please make a note of this on your calendars.

Unless drastically required, there will be no other extra rehearsals except
for the Tech/Dress rehearsal on Dec 5th at 7 PM. The Directors will have
the final say in whether they want any other extra rehearsals. The
Directors will also establish the call time for show day.
