For those of you who may not have seen it in the paper, Julie Fields
[married name of 6 months, Julie Michaels], as we knew her, died on
Thursday at Hospice of Volusia/Flagler of complications from ALS.

Most of you will remember Julie as the Team Coordinator of Song Of The
Coast during the period of our Christmas Show last year. She was the one
with the big smile and encouraging words for everyone while Shirley and I
were cracking the whip. Julie got married this year [not too long after her
diagnosis] and was really trying to keep a positive attitude [as usual].

Myron told me, last night, that they had a service for her Friday. Sorry,
we didn't get the info out in time but there was nothing about it in the
SOTC list.

I hope she and Dick and Earl get to sing some 8-part Christmas songs this
year. I know she'll be smiling.

We send our heartfelt condolences to her husband and family and to the
members of SOTC. She will be missed.
