event featuring the Dimebag Darrell Stage on October 25th, 2008 in Las
Vegas, NV. The union came from discussions about the events being held
for Rock Against Diabetes with Rita Haney-Abbott, Dimebag Darrell's
widow.

Haney-Abbott's very close to this disease in her private life as her
grandmother is diabetic and recently her father Howell Haney was
diagnosed last year as a diabetic. "Once my father became diabetic
that is when I learned that diabetes can kill if not dealt with
properly," states Rita Haney Abbott. "I feel that this is a cause that
we want to support. I know Dimebag would have been there to support a
cause that can help, for he was very close to my father and would have
done anything for him and vice versa. Dime always had a good heart
that was unconditional in giving to many, not just his family."

Rock Against Diabetes is an ongoing concert series and fundraising
program with the goal of providing information and support to
diabetics and people concerned about the disease worldwide. A main
directive is to attempt to avoid asking the public for donations, but
to offer great entertainment and unique fundraising experiences
through music to raise funds that are needed to provide some new
ground breaking support for diabetics.

The Dimebag Darrell stage lineup is yet to be determined and will be
announced in the next month along with the sponsors that support this
great charity event.

-Nevermore Want To Thank Their Worldwide Fans On THE YEAR OF THE
VOYAGER DVD/Live Album

In July 2005, Nevermore released their latest studio album, THIS
GODLESS ENDEAVOR which became their biggest success in a career that
started 16 years and six albums ago back in 1992. The touring cycle
for THIS GODLESS ENDEAVOR began July 21st, 2005 with the North
American Gigantour supporting Megadeth and Dream Theater. Since then,
Nevermore played close to 200 shows in 23 countries, all over Europe,
Japan, Australia, Brazil, North America, and on August 14th, they will
even play in Tel Aviv, Israel at the Anthem Metal Festival (together
with their label mates Dark Tranquillity and The Haunted).

In October 2008, Nevermore will release their first ever DVD and live
album THE YEAR OF THE VOYAGER.

THE YEAR OF THE VOYAGER covers the THIS GODLESS ENDEAVOR touring cycle
featuring amazing, live footage from the 2005 U.S. Gigantour, the 2006
Metal Mania Festival in Poland, the 2006 Wacken Festival in Germany
and the main DVD showcasing their live set recorded at the Zeche
Bochum in Germany on October 11th, 2006.

The bonus material includes two songs from the Century Media USA 10th
Anniversary Party in 2001, all promo videos and an interview with
Warrel Dane which was recorded at the Roax Film Studios in Berlin
during the Spring of 2008.

The Hungarian punk/rock 'n' rollers are releasing their second full-
length CD. The title was a product of a hard partying night. While
ideas was throwing in the air during the Hi-Fi about to blow up ...AND
JOYSTIX FOR ALL... can you recall some classic record of a classic
Bay-area band which sounds pretty damn the same?

The band set the goal to catch the energy of their live performances.
After a succesful European tour the band was full of vitality and
creative energy to capture the vibe and the power of their hard
hitting rock 'n' roll in their new record. With these 10 new songs
they also wanted to show the world their musical diversity and dug way
deep down to their roots of 1970's RnR/Glam/Punk rock movement.

-Total Metal Festival: Some Bands Confirmed!

Vivo Management officially announce somes of the bands that will take
part of the 2008 edition of the Italian big metal event called Total
Metal Festival the next 20 September at the New Demodč club in the
city of Bari.

Still is not confirmed the Headliner, but we can already announce you
the co-headlining band, one of the most important Metalcore act in
Europe: for the very first time in southern Italy... Hatesphere!!!

The band is going to publish in these days the new album. They play a
sort of thrash-death metal that, if at the beginning of their career
(they formed in 1993) was pretty traditional, today is definitely more
modern and with a bigger impact on the way of bands like Devildriver,
The Haunted and In Flames. Their gigs are pure blasting bombs and they
already got a lot of fans all around the world!

But Hatesphere are not the only surprise of this edition of the TMF,
in fact, with them and the still unknown headliner there will be some
excellent Italian metal bands that brought the power of Italian metal
all around the world like the incredible Slowmotion Apocalypse,
another "Swedish style" band that conquered a lot of fans everywhere
thanks to their amazing powerful sound that reminds bands like At The
Gates and In Flames. They are definitely the best Italian Metalcore/
Swedish metal act! Their last full-length album OBSIDIAN feature Mr.
Tomas Lindberg from At The Gates!

Another prestigious act confirmed is the famous thrash death band
Schizo that, with Necrodeath and Death SS, in the '80s gave the first
important fundaments of Italian metal scene.

Other bands confirmed are Methedras, Neurasthenia, Rosae Crucis,
Reality Grey and Plaster Casters.

Aktions Announced

Lair Of The Minotaur's killing spree continues... Their crushing third
full-length WAR METAL BATTLE MASTER continues to reap ravenous praise
from all levels of the press and the bloodthirsty public. With several
tours already under their belt this year, the band attacks the asphalt
again this month with a week and a half of dates with Torche and label
mates Boris, a string of shows with acts including Sourvein, Black

legendary hardcore hellions M.O.D. The band is featured on the cover
of the August issue of Metal Maniacs which will street the same day
Lair join the Boris tour on July 22nd.

The video for WAR METAL BATTLE MASTER's title track has reaped massive
response online for the band and is now attacking the world via MTV2's
"Headbanger's Ball" this week! Directed by Gary Smithson (High On
Fire, Goatwhore, Exodus, Tomahawk) the video is one of the goriest,
violent and most METAL videos ever. On the making of the video, LOTM
front man Steve Rathbone comments: "Gary approached us at the
Murderfest in L.A. in March '07, wanting to direct a video for us. I
told him I didn't want to make a normal video -- I hate most videos.
But I already had an idea for the track 'War Metal Battle Master.'"

Filmed outside of Lancaster, CA -- about half a mile from the church
in "Kill Bill" where Uma gets shot up -- LOTM let the blood flow...
"The bloody ladies are Keres; demons that were attracted to blood from
battles," Rathbone continues. "They would grab the newly fallen, rip
them apart with their teeth, drink their blood and drag the corpses to
Hades. We wanted to make something for hardcore horror and metal fans.
People have been freaking out about it -- I lost count of the people
who came up and told me they waited their whole lives to see a metal
video like that."

This world debut of this version of the video hits "Headbanger's Ball"
this Saturday! Tune in from Midnight - 1 a.m. for the assault.

-Prior to its July 14 and 15 shows at Madison Square Garden in New
York City, Bon Jovi will give a free concert in Central Park on July
12. Online reports indicate the show is "a prelude to the July 15
Major League Baseball All-Star Game," which will take place at Yankee
Stadium in the Bronx.
