It is the same person, and they are ALL of our enemies... they hate Devia. They are trying to eliminate her from youtube.
I am goint to fight the copyright claims on youtube. Also I have started a new site:

hi all, Dillon I'm sorry to hear your account is in trouble again. Oddly enough however, youtube has just removed my Devia videos as well! Mine weren't even videos, just audio samples. Oh well.. maybe we have the same enemies...who knows.

I certainly wish you the best with your claim. You have done so much to further my appreciation of Ms. Devia. I had always liked her but had no idea of how great she is until I saw her many videos that you were good enough to provide.
It is unfortunate that someone who doesn't like you should deprive opera lovers of such great singing, especially at a time when that is in such short supply.
Please keep up the fight and let us know if there is anything that we can do to help.

As we all know, Ms. Devia had nothing to do with this claim on youtube. Rather, this is a desperate measure taken by someone who doesn't like me. My account on youtube had over 1800 videos, and I had invested much time, hard work, and love of the art. The account was closed last year, and at that time I fought the claim and won. Unfortunately, it is a long and hard fight (last time it took over a month). I don't think I have the energy to fight it again. I have sent youtube a standard letter denying the copy right claim, so we will see what happens from here on.
