Having problems with message search?
Thanks for the offer, but the way that youtube is set up you are guilty until proven innocent. There is little that you can do to remedy a situation where people are "out to get you (last night they removed 16 videos from the deviafan account)." Copyright claims are difficult to prove in either direction. So, you just have to take the steps youtube has set into place and wait for their decision. There is no explaining your situation, you just complete a legal form and hope for the best. The down side is that when you complete the legal form they provided you open yourself up for future litigation on copyright violation.
It's a mess, and I hope it is resolved soon.

Just when I though the bad news were over... it is really a tradegy and we should try to do a petition or something!
You didn't only share gems by Devia but many dozens of other amazing artists and we should try to get all the fans and friends that have always loved your hard work to stand up for you in the name of art.

I certainly wish you the best with your claim. You have done so much to further my appreciation of Ms. Devia. I had always liked her but had no idea of how great she is until I saw her many videos that you were good enough to provide.
It is unfortunate that someone who doesn't like you should deprive opera lovers of such great singing, especially at a time when that is in such short supply.
