Artists Against Hunger & Poverty

Meet Michael and support the Artists Against Hunger & Poverty Program of World Hunger Year (WHY).

We are very excited to report that the Meet & Greet tickets for the recent Michael McDonald tour dates have been quite sucessful. But there are still openings for upcoming concerts throughout the United States. This is a great chance to meet Michael and to give to a wonderful cause. Tour dates are listed below.

Michael is a member of an expanding network of artists and celebrities who have banded together to fight hunger and poverty. Through its Artists Against Hunger and Poverty program, WHY and dedicated artist-activists have raised awareness and more than $7 million for more than 500 anti-poverty organizations in the U.S. In addition, Michael was recently honored at the WHY-Chapin awards dinner with the prestigious ASCAP Harry Chapin Humanitarian Award for both his musical career and his vast charitable endeavors.

February 10, Roanoke Civic Center, Roanoke, VA.
March 3, Resorts International, Atlantic City, NJ.
March 4, Resorts International, Atlantic City, NJ.
March 9, Walton Arts Center, Fayetteville, AR.
March 10, Robinson Center Music Hall, Little Rock, AR.
March 11, Robinson Center Music Hall, Little Rock, AR.
March 31, Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts, Cerritos, CA.
April 1, Pala Casino, Pala, CA.
April 2, McCallum Theater for the Performing Arts, Palm Desert, CA.
April 7, Konocti Harbor, Kelseyville, CA.
April 8, Chikchansi Gold, CoarseGold, CA.
April 9, Jackson Rancheria Casino, Jackson, CA.

Available on a first come basis, Meet and Greets are for concert ticket holders only and can be obtained by making a $150 donation per ticket through the WHY web site at www.worldhungeryear.org. Concert admission is not included and tickets can be purchased via the venue links. Meet and Greets can be purchased through WHY’s donation form. In the comments box, please include the date, venue and number of Meet and Greets being purchased. The brief Meet and Greets will take place before each concert.
Meet and Greets can be picked up at the “Will Call” desk at the concert venues. For every person attending the Meet and Greet, please provide a name, email and telephone number. No exceptions! Meet and Greets are non-transferable and proper ID must be shown at the venue.
