Jump Start Your Drumming Career in a Drum Masters Certificate Program (please note that this is a flexible time-frame for completion of your personal program)

Grow into the basics of multi-drum and percussion technique. Build stamina, flexibility, and power in your drumming. Learn drum language, soul-speaking, rhythm creation structure, notation, and song construction.

Apply Teachings to Your Daily Life. Utilize key wisdom from leadership facilitation techniques, performance presentation, ritual protocol, and navigation principles of guardianship. Participate in ongoing programs and performances with Afia Walking Tree.

This is a distance learning intensive course. You study in a small group (4-10) once a month in a day long intensive study; maintain weekly connections during the month with "drum partners"; correspond via email at drummastersgroup@yahoogroups.com; and have bi-weekly phone sessions with Afia Walking Tree.

One Saturday or Sunday per month: 9 am – 6 pm
Partner with current Drum Masters in weekly sessions in your area and in other areas.

Tuition: $250 for 10-hour day; payable monthly.
A one-time non-refundable $25 materials fee is due upon registration
Travel, lodging, food costs are separate
Tuition is non-refundable. Attendance is required. In the event you are absent, tuition is still due for that month.
