Sub sale order forms were handed out to band members last week. Each band member will receive $1 profit towards their band expenses (outstanding from this year or towards next year) or towards their Disney trip. This is an easy fundraiser, don't miss out!
A copy of the sub order form is located on the Yahoo group page under "Files" if you need an extra form.
A sub order tally form is included in the packet of information. Please complete the sub order tally form to help us with the order process. Total your quantities and cost of each item, fill in the tally form and turn it in with payment. Keep your order form so you can deliver your subs. All tally forms and full payment are due by the end of the school day Tuesday, March 18th. Please make sure you turn in your form on the 18th so we can place the sub order the morning of the 19th. Make checks payable to East Penn Band Boosters, depending on the group your student is in. Please do not turn in cash.
Subs will be available for pick up on Thursday, March 27th from 5:30 to 6:30. Pick up location will be the concession stand if the weather is nice or high school lobby if it's nasty – we will let you know when you turn in your order! We could use help from parents and students to sort the order beginning at 4:30 - please let us know if you can be there.
