The next meeting of the East Pennsboro Band Boosters will be held on Monday,
April 27 at 7:00 pm in the high school band room.

At this meeting elections for officers will take places. Two of our current
officers will not be returning next year. Nominations will be accepted for all
four officer positions and voting will take place. Having a structured
organization of boosters provides a resource for the band staff, school and
students. We hope you will get involved.

The responsibilities for supporting the band are large. Having dedicated
parents willing to provide manpower, plan events, coordinate fundraisers, handle
communications and give encouragement to our band members is critical. The band
staff has a significant responsibility for planning the marching band show and
need the assistance of parents and families in a support role. There is a place
for each of us who are willing to be more than a spectator to this activity.
