dear igor,

this is delmar, i'm a student of kiku day.
if your flute needs relacquering than you could give it to an instrument
maker here in the uk. his name is john tailor and his number is:
+44(0)1225309135). he has done maybe a dozen shakuhachi, so not too many but
he knows how to apply the urushi and cures it properly in humid environment
etc. he also uses original urushi from japan. if you want you could give him
a call and discuss your problem.
