Ex-Rental will finally be playing live again on Thursday 6th
September, this time at Camden's Dublin Castle. The full line-up of
bands (as if it matters!) has yet to be confirmed, but we should be
on-stage at 8:45pm. The venue is on Camden's Parkway and tickets are
£5, though we hope to add a flyer to the website shortly - print it
out, bring it with you and you'll get in for £4 instead.

Sadly, Harry is no longer a member of the group, though he's left on
amicable terms. We're currently considering whether or not to
recruit a replacement keyboard player. But fear not - if necessary,
Sean and Lucy will have no problem recreating the fabulous Ex-Rental
sound at the forthcoming show...

Also, just in case anyone missed the "And Sometimes" (demo) MP3 at
the BothSidesNow site, it's now available for one week only when you
sign in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ex-RentalNews/files/MP3/.
This replaces "Sci-Fi Suckers" which is now out-of-date, since Nicole
Kidman woke up and abandoned Scientology - good for her, we say!
We'll replace "And Sometimes" with another exclusive MP3 at the end
of next week.

The DJs at top indie/pop club Popstarz have recently been converted
to the ways of Ex-Rental and have recorded a radio show including
music from our demo CD. The show is set for broadcast over the
internet on Tuesday 31st July, so tune in between 9pm and 11pm BST at
http://www.purpleradio.net (the show may or may not have out-of-date
details about our line-up!).

DJs at the Lipgloss and Electric Dreams clubs in London have also
shown interest in Ex-Rental, so there's every chance you'll hear us
at those clubs in the near future.... if so, please show your
appreciation by dancing madly and demanding more! It'll make the
world a brighter place for children everywhere. Probably.
