Shun everyday and get out of my car and dance before I go into the

Thanks so much for pointing this gem of a video out to us!! I tried
writing to person who provided the clip at UTube to see if we can

What a fantastic piece of footage!

Well, I decided to make an impromptu road trip to Dothan, Alabama
this past weekend to "represent" Florida for Felton and the guys.

The show was at the Houston Farm Center Fairgrounds and was a great
place for one huge Saturday night BBQ! I would bet that everyone at
that place had bbq grilling of one type or another and it turned into
a bbq lover's dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After Brick opened the show with a wonderful funk experience the
crowd was definitely ready for a long night of music. Then, Doug E
Fresh kept the crowd ready with a performance of hip-hop that was
amazing.

Con Funk Shun came on stage after a brief rain storm, a quick "line"
check and then the music flowed and funk filled the air again. No
chairs were needed at that point since the dancing crowd in front of
the stage was all you could see. I don't think one person was sitting
during their entire show.

It was a weekend filled with "great" music, "great" bbq and a "great"
time was had by all!!!!!!!!!!!

Florida would have been proud of the "representation",

was launched (thanks EJ), and there have been nothing but good comments and I
have my
first solo concert in Europe (Berlin) coming up on the 8th of April...
