Herausgeber der DVD ist "Arthaus" und sie wird über "Naxos"
vertrieben. In Deutschland kann man die DVD seit 28.10.2006 mit einer
Lieferzeit von bis zu drei Wochen z.B. bei JPC.de und Amazon.de bestellen.
