Hello everyone !!!


I heard a wonderful DFD performance of Kindertotenlieder on the opera

Channel on TV. It gave very little information other than it was with

the Philharmonia Orchestra. I would guess that it was recorded around

1955-1960 maybe. His voice was still so pure!!

I would like to order it. Does anyone have a label and CD number?

I cant believe how much I like it since I usually avoid listening to

Mahler.

Hello liederlover (aren't we all?) Isn't the Opera Channel great? The recording you are referring to is the EMI recording conducted by Rudolf Kempe from 1955....
