The " body " I work to build via my daily META ( Meditation and Exercise Transcendence Activities ) is the sum total of my spiritual-mental and attitudinal qualities.
Working out the spirit and intellect in a complementary fashion allows you to become a better vehicle for the Divine Presence always reading our thoughts and emotions for clear understandiing of what to send into our life experiences.
Your METAPhysique is the " body " our beliefs, thoughts and feelings consistently creates, whether you know it or not.
Optimism, depression, attraction of good or bad outcomes ( depending upon perception ) all hail from the kind of METAPhysique we build day in and day out.
If building up your physical body is important then building your metaphysical " body " should be a thousand times more so!!
Think about this before engaging in strictly physical exercise. There's so much more of you left to build.
