A lifetime ago I was a chronically shy young man who daily " signed a contract "
to be shy and uncomfortable in crowds. Some of the fine print contained therein
included allergies, eczema, anemia and other outward manifestations of internal
discomfort.

All of us sign daily contracts between ourselves, the Universe and others as to
the type of reality we will experience. Ever notice how optimistic people
usually have good days? Even if unpleasantness occurs, HOW they react to
circumstances is the deciding factor.

I often talk to folks about the contract example because, like signing a
mortgage or other legal agreement, we are bound by what we consistantly tell the
Universe we want. Read the fine print in your thoughts and emotions carefully
because what lurks there will be what you eventually end up living!
